Paul Heim – Chairman Emeritus
L. Paul Heim founded The Heim Group, Inc. in 1985 after illustrious careers in chemical sales and construction manufacturing. He was Chairman, President and CEO for Betz Laboratories, Inc. in Europe, successfully establishing subsidiary manufacturing, distribution and sales divisions in England, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, France, Austria and other countries. He established his own manufacturing company in Southern California with sales distribution throughout the Western United States, which he sold prior to establishing The Heim Group, Inc. For over 30 years, Paul has been the driving force of this firm.
Tina Marino – President
Tina Marino has been affiliated with The Heim Group, Inc. for many years in the capacity of accounting and tax planning advisor. She sold her 18-yr old accounting practice in 2006 and joined The Heim Group in 2007 to work with her father, Paul Heim. She speaks for many groups, brokerage firms, attorneys and other business owners in matters of exit strategy, accounting and tax. Her experience in working with a diverse spectrum of business classifications allows Tina to bring a wealth of knowledge to The Heim Group, Inc. She took over the helm of the firm in 2015. Tina is also the founder and executive director of a 501c3 charity, The Encouragement Center
