The Heim Group, Inc. was founded in 1985 as a boutique merchant banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions of mid-market companies. The firm handles the sales of multi-million dollar manufacturing, distributing, service and retail companies nationally as well as internationally.

The Heim Group has been successful in presenting clients to major corporations for the purpose of merger, acquisition, joint venture, licensing technology transfer, or strategic partnership. We are compensated by either the seller or buyer and the fees are contingent upon completion of a sale, merger, or acquisition.

The Heim Group, Inc. works closely with management to formulate a marketing strategy for the company's objectives. We consider that non-disclosure is very serious and communicate information about the client after Confidentiality Agreements are signed and/or released by the client. We realize management's time is very valuable and present only capable and qualified candidates.
